Terms & Conditions
By booking any service with YBO, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking, Deposits & Consultation Fees
A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to secure your event date for all services. Rentals require an additional $300 damage protection deposit, payable via credit card or Zelle, which is fully refundable upon return of the rental items provided no damage has occurred. No services or dates are confirmed until the required deposits are received. The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
All consultation fees are non-refundable.
2. Minimum Booking Requirements
A 3-hour minimum applies to all photography and photo booth services.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
All décor and event service cancellations are subject to the additional cancellation terms outlined in the contract. Rentals are non-refundable beginning one (1) week prior to the scheduled service date, and any rental cancellations made within 30 days of the service date will incur a 50% surcharge of the total rental amount. If photography or photo booth services are canceled more than 72 hours prior to the event, the client will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total service cost; however, cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations for any other services made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date will be subject to a 75% surcharge of the total service amount. Services that are rescheduled within 48 hours of the original event date will incur a 25% rescheduling fee based on the total service cost. Once services have been rendered, no refunds will be issued.
4. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing access to the venue and ensuring a safe and suitable environment for setup and operation. Any delays or restrictions caused by the venue may impact service delivery and are the client’s responsibility.
5. Damage or Loss
The client is liable for any loss or damage to rental items or equipment during the event caused by guests, venue staff, or unforeseen incidents not caused by our team.
6. Photo & Video Usage
We reserve the right to use any photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, accidents, or government restrictions.
8. Delivery & Setup
For decor, rentals, and booths, setup and takedown times will be agreed upon during booking. Delays in venue access may result in reduced service time.
9. Digital Deliverables
For photography and 360/mirror photo booths, digital content will be delivered within the agreed timeline via email or shared link.
10. Custom Decor Packages & Payment Terms
All custom decor packages must be paid according to the payment schedule and terms agreed upon in writing at the time of booking. Failure to adhere to the agreed payment terms may result in cancellation of services without refund of any prior payments.
